Instructions
- Trim Broccolini: Trim the woody ends off the broccolini to remove tough parts and prepare it for cooking.
- Toss with Seasoning: In a medium-size bowl, combine the broccolini with olive oil, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, and Tajin. Toss well to ensure all stalks are evenly coated with the mixture.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 330 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius) to get it ready for cooking.
- Cook Broccolini: Place the seasoned broccolini in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) and cook for 3 minutes until tender with a slight crisp. Remove immediately and serve warm.
