- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce (for brushing)
For the Green Beans:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups green beans
- 2 tsp coarse salt
For Serving:
- White rice
Instructions
- Cut the salmon: Begin by cutting the salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes.
- Marinate the salmon: In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, mayo, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Air fry the salmon: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush with teriyaki: After 12 minutes, brush the salmon with additional teriyaki sauce and air fry for an additional 2 minutes until caramelized.
- Prepare the green beans: Boil the green beans in water for 5 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Sauté the green beans: In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté minced garlic for 2 minutes. Add the blanched green beans, sprinkle with salt, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Serve: Serve the air-fried teriyaki salmon bites with sautéed green beans and white rice for a delicious meal.
