- 300ml water
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Peel the bananas and ensure blueberries are fresh or have been defrosted if frozen. Drain the silken tofu to remove excess liquid.
- Add to Blender: Place the bananas, blueberries, drained silken tofu, porridge oats, and 300ml of water into a blender.
- Blend Smooth: Whizz everything together on high speed until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved, with no large chunks remaining.
