  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and roughly chopped or grated
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 2 cm piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 100g ice
  • 150 ml water (optional, to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Peel and roughly chop or grate the carrots depending on your blender’s capability. Peel the oranges and grate the ginger piece.
  2. Add to Blender: Place the chopped carrots, peeled oranges, grated ginger, oats, and ice into the blender or smoothie maker.
  3. Blend Smooth: Blitz all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth consistency. Stop and scrape down the sides if necessary.
  4. Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, gradually add up to 150 ml of water and blend again until you get the desired texture.
  5. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for the freshest taste.
