  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoons butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Heat: Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Grind: Add Oreos to a food processor and grind into a powder (or bash in a Ziploc bag). Reserve 2 Tablespoons.
  3. Combine: Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and Oreos. In another bowl, mix milk, cream, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.
  4. Mix: Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Transfer: Put pancake mix in a squeeze bottle, piping bag, or Ziploc.
  6. Squeeze: Pipe pancake mix onto skillet in a zig-zag or spiral pattern.
  7. Cook: Cover with a bowl and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Flip: Carefully flip and cook for 1 more minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
  9. Garnish: Top with Oreo crumbs and maple syrup.
