  • 200g plain bio yogurt
  • 2 tsp toasted three-seed mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Porridge: Put the oats, semi-skimmed milk, water, and ground cinnamon in a pan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low. Stir frequently and cook for 5 minutes until the porridge has thickened to your liking.
  2. Cook the Bananas: While the porridge cooks, place the banana pieces in a microwave-safe dish with the orange zest and juice. Cover the dish and microwave on high for 1½ to 2 minutes until the bananas are softened and warmed through.
  3. Assemble and Serve: Spoon the cooked porridge into serving bowls. Top each with a generous dollop of plain bio yogurt, the warm baked bananas with orange zest, and sprinkle with the toasted three-seed mix for added crunch and nutrition.
