For the Porridge

- 150ml semi-skimmed milk
- 450ml water
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 large ripe banana (120g), halved lengthways and cut in half
- ½ orange, zested and juiced
- 200g plain bio yogurt
- 2 tsp toasted three-seed mix
Instructions
- Prepare the Porridge: Put the oats, semi-skimmed milk, water, and ground cinnamon in a pan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low. Stir frequently and cook for 5 minutes until the porridge has thickened to your liking.
- Cook the Bananas: While the porridge cooks, place the banana pieces in a microwave-safe dish with the orange zest and juice. Cover the dish and microwave on high for 1½ to 2 minutes until the bananas are softened and warmed through.
- Assemble and Serve: Spoon the cooked porridge into serving bowls. Top each with a generous dollop of plain bio yogurt, the warm baked bananas with orange zest, and sprinkle with the toasted three-seed mix for added crunch and nutrition.
