Description

Main Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) lime juice
  • 1 cup (250ml) gin

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, extra
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 cups (500ml) chilled tonic water or soda water
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Combine sugar and water in a saucepan, heat until dissolved, then cool.
  2. Step 2: Blend sugar syrup, cucumber, and lime juice until smooth. Strain and add gin.
  3. Step 3: Thread cucumber ribbons on skewers, prepare glasses with cucumber slices, pour in gin mixture, add ice and tonic water. Garnish with cucumber skewers, lime wedges, and mint.
