Instructions
- Prepare the base mixture: In a medium bowl, chop the peeled hard boiled eggs. Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise to the bowl along with the minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well: Using a hand mixer, blend the ingredients on high speed until the eggs are broken down thoroughly and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Garnish and serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with additional dill, paprika, and chopped green onions or chives. Serve immediately with crackers such as Triscuts.
