Ingredients

Scale

Egg Mixture

  • 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 4 oz. cream cheese (half package)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Toppings

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Additional dill for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base mixture: In a medium bowl, chop the peeled hard boiled eggs. Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise to the bowl along with the minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well: Using a hand mixer, blend the ingredients on high speed until the eggs are broken down thoroughly and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
