- 2 cups Oreos (crushed)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Mixture: In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips, stir until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Mix the Sugars: Combine white sugar and brown sugar in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.
- Incorporate Wet Ingredients: Add eggs, vanilla extract, salt to the sugar mixture. Whisk until smooth. Mix in the chocolate butter mixture.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Gradually sift in flour and cocoa powder. Fold until smooth.
- Add Oreos: Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour and Top: Spread the batter in the baking dish. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips and crushed Oreos on top.
- Bake: Bake for about 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool and Serve: Allow to cool before serving.
