- 1/4 teaspoon black ground pepper
- 1 large egg (lightly beaten)

Instructions
- Prepare Breadcrumbs: In a bowl, mix browned butter breadcrumbs with coarse salt. Set aside.
- Cook Pasta: Cook elbow pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make Cheese Mixture: In a saucepan, melt unsalted butter. Add cheddar, fontina, and parmesan cheeses, yogurt, paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until cheeses are melted.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, cheese mixture, beaten egg, and jalapeño slices until well combined.
- Form Bites: Using a spoon, scoop mixture into mini muffin tins or shape into small balls. Top each with the prepared breadcrumbs.
