Instructions

- Combine all ingredients: Place the coconut milk, plain yogurt, diced fruits, lemon juice, mint sprigs, turmeric, ginger paste, and ice cubes into a blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and no chunks remain. This typically takes about 45-60 seconds depending on your blender.
