  • 4 Roma tomatoes (seeded & finely chopped)
  • ¼ red onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 4 Tablespoons fresh basil (shredded)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
  • ¼ cup balsamic glaze

Instructions
