Instructions
- Lightly muddle the mint: In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves until aromatic.
- Prepare the cocktail: Add the white rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and a handful of ice to the shaker. Shake well to combine.
- Strain and serve: Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda, garnish with lime slices and additional mint leaves.

- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup to suit your taste.
