Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting the carrots.
- Make Miso Butter: In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the softened unsalted butter with the miso paste until well combined, creating a flavorful miso butter glaze.
- Prepare Carrots: Clean, peel, and trim the Dutch carrots as needed for even roasting and presentation.
- Initial Roast: Rub the carrots evenly with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt to taste. Arrange them on a baking sheet or shallow baking dish. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes to start softening the carrots.
