Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons almond milk (or milk of choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch (or similar size) baking dish.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas, then add maple syrup, applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Mix in baking soda, salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and flour until a thick dough forms.
