Instructions

  1. Prepare the bread: Butter one side of each slice of bread generously. On the unbuttered side of one slice, place the wedge of Camembert or Brie cheese.
  2. Add toppings: Spoon cranberry sauce over the cheese, spreading it evenly. Drizzle a few drops of balsamic vinegar on top for a tangy contrast, if available.
  3. Assemble sandwich: Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side facing outward to ensure a golden crust when frying.
