  • 6 oz. box pineapple jello (or two small boxes)
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup coconut rum

Instructions

  1. Boil Water: Boil two cups of water. Mix together the boiling water with the pineapple jello in a bowl. Whisk well.
  2. Prepare Jello Mixture: Add 1 1/2 cups of cold water and 1/2 cup of coconut rum to the jello mixture. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Fill Cups: Pour the jello mixture into individual shot cups. Place the cups on a tray and refrigerate for at least four hours, or until set. For best results, refrigerate overnight.
