Jello Shots:
- 6 oz. box pineapple jello (or two small boxes)
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup coconut rum
Garnish:
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 7 maraschino cherries (if making in smaller cups more cherries)
Instructions
- Boil Water: Boil two cups of water. Mix together the boiling water with the pineapple jello in a bowl. Whisk well.
- Prepare Jello Mixture: Add 1 1/2 cups of cold water and 1/2 cup of coconut rum to the jello mixture. Whisk until well combined.
- Fill Cups: Pour the jello mixture into individual shot cups. Place the cups on a tray and refrigerate for at least four hours, or until set. For best results, refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish: Once set, top the jello shots with shredded coconut and maraschino cherries before serving.
