Instructions
- Extract Pomegranate Seeds: Wash the pomegranate thoroughly, cut it in half, then use a spoon to scoop out the seeds into a bowl carefully.
- Blend & Strain Pomegranate Juice: Place the pomegranate seeds into a blender with a few tablespoons of water. Pulse on high speed until the mixture becomes a foamy juice. Strain this mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible while discarding the pulp.
- Prepare Juice Blend: Rinse the blender bowl, then add the strained pomegranate juice, fresh strawberries, remaining water (1/2 cup), honey, fresh mint leaves, and ice according to your preference. Blend on high speed until the mixture is fully liquefied and smooth.
- Serve: Pour the juice into glasses immediately. Optionally, garnish with a few fresh strawberries for an appealing presentation and serve chilled.
