Chicken Marinade:

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Spice Mix:

  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder

Others:

  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and ginger garlic paste. Saute until chicken changes color.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Stir-fry chicken over high heat.
  4. Add yogurt and cook.
  5. Stir in cumin and coriander powder, mix well.
  6. Pour in water, simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Finish with chopped cilantro.
  8. Serve hot with roti or boiled rice.
