- 1 cup red salsa
- ½ cup sour cream, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with foil, then spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook ground beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir ground beef until browned and crumbly, approximately 8 minutes. Drain excess oil.
- Season beef: Stir in taco seasoning mix, ensuring it’s well combined. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then drain and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Assemble taco bites: Arrange tortilla chips on the prepared baking sheet. Top each chip with cheese, beef mixture, salsa, and a dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
