- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lb sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
For the Shrimp:
- ½ onion (sliced)
- ½ lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
For the Sauce and Noodles:
- ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles (cooked)
- 2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
- Sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Cook the Shrimp: Add onions to the pan, then add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove from pan.
- Prepare the Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic in sesame oil, then add teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Combine Everything: Add cooked noodles to the pan, then return steak, shrimp, and onions. Heat through.
