Ribs:
- 3 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Sauce:
- 1 cup peach preserves
- ½ cup honey
- 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Place the ribs in your crock pot. Make sure they fit comfortably without overlapping.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar, onion powder, garlic salt, and paprika over the ribs. Rub the seasonings in to coat evenly.
- Combine the peach preserves, honey, and BBQ sauce in a medium bowl. Mix well to create the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the ribs. Ensure all the ribs are coated.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Cover and let the slow cooker work its magic.
- Optional: Put the cooked ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and baste with some of the sauce from the slow cooker. Place the ribs under the broiler for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Garnish with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes or rice with the sweet, rich sauce spooned on top.
