Brownie Layer:

  • 17.4 ounces box of Betty Crocker Cookie Brownie Mix
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, at room temperature
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Marshmallow and Chocolate Layers:

  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup rough chopped graham crackers

Cookie Layer:

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup rough chopped graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • Flakey Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 325°F.
  2. Prepare the pan: Coat an 8×8 baking pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare the brownie layer: Melt butter, mix with brownie ingredients, spread in pan.
  4. Add marshmallow and chocolate layers: Spread marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, and graham crackers over brownie layer.
  5. Prepare the cookie layer: Mix cookie ingredients, divide into balls, flatten, and place on top of marshmallow layer.
  6. Bake: Bake at 325°F for 40-50 minutes.
  7. Cool and garnish: Cool, then top with chocolate chips, graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and sea salt.
  8. Serve: Cut into 16 pieces and enjoy!
