Instructions

  3. Caramelize the Pineapple: Heat the butter and the remaining tablespoon of honey in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat until melted and bubbly.
  4. Cook the Pineapple Wedges: Add the pineapple wedges to the pan and cook them for about 8 minutes, turning regularly to ensure they caramelize evenly on all sides.
