  3. Heat the milk: Heat the milk in a pot without boiling it.
  4. Froth the milk: Froth 1/2 cup of milk using a frother or blender until foamy.
  5. Assemble the latte: In a cup, mix black tea concentrate with steamed milk. Top with frothed milk foam and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
