Instructions
- Make the Strawberry Base: Blend fresh strawberries and pineapple juice until smooth. Pour into a jug.
- Prepare the Coconut Pineapple Drink: In a blender, combine fresh pineapple, ice cubes, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and brown sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Assemble the Drink: Pour the strawberry base into a tall glass, filling it 25%. Top with the coconut pineapple mixture. Gently swirl with a straw or skewer if needed for the gradient effect.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish the drink with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry. Enjoy the tropical flavors!
