- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake French fries according to package instructions until crispy.
- Mix voodoo sauce: While fries bake, mix all voodoo sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika) in a small bowl until smooth.
- Prepare fries: Once fries are cooked, place them on a serving plate or oven-safe dish.
- Add voodoo sauce: Drizzle voodoo sauce generously over the hot fries.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
