- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream

- 1 cup Nutella
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the Cheesecake Layer: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Prepare the Nutella Layer: Combine Nutella and heavy cream in a bowl, microwave until smooth.
- Create the Swirls: Drop spoonfuls of Nutella mixture onto the cheesecake layer and swirl with a knife.
