  • 400g yogurt
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 100g frozen blackberries

  3. Step 3: Blend the frozen raspberries until smooth and add this layer on top of the kiwi layer. Freeze until set.
  4. Step 4: Finish with a layer of blended frozen blackberries. Freeze the lollies covered overnight to ensure they are fully set.
  5. Step 5: To remove the lollies from the moulds, run them briefly under warm water. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer.

Tips & Variations

  • Use Greek yogurt for a creamier texture and extra protein.
  • Swap any fruit layers for your favorites like strawberries or blueberries.
  • If you don’t have ice lolly moulds, small paper cups with sticks can work in a pinch.

Storage

Store the lollies in the freezer in an airtight container or wrapped tightly in plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn. They will keep well for up to two months. To enjoy, thaw slightly at room temperature or run briefly under warm water to release from the mould.

FAQs

Can I use fresh berries instead of frozen?

Frozen berries work best as they help keep the lollies firm and provide a nice texture. If using fresh berries, consider freezing them first or blending with some ice to maintain the right consistency.

Can I make these without yogurt?

You can substitute yogurt with coconut milk or juice for a dairy-free option, but the texture will be less creamy and the lollies may freeze harder.
